Considering I have the base TX350, the option for sunshades on the second row is just a dream for me, so I wanted to ask what are my options for adding this? Can I take it to the dealer and have them retrofited or I'll need to go aftermarket?

There are some good afternarket options like magnetic or clip on shades made specifically for the TX and some actually look pretty close to factory if you get a good brand. Weathertech makes a good set, and there are also a few custom fit ones on amazon and eBay that snap right into the window frame
Just avoid the universal roll up ones, they never fit right

Aftermarket is probably your best option unless you find a higher trim set to swap in. Some decent clip-in or magnetic mesh shades make do without you having to drill into anything.
